  • Use for Order Information

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

The Site uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via E-mail or SMS.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns)

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above

For the sake of clarity, if you opt-in to Happy Thrive SMS marketing, how you opted in and your consent will not be shared with Business Partners for third-party advertising

We may anonymize personal information that we collect through the Website and your use of the Services for benchmarking, analytics, metrics, research, reporting, machine learning, and other business purposes

We may share this anonymized data with third parties for advertising and business development purposes and use such anonymized data for purposes including traffic analysis, site search analytics, marketing segmentation analysis

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights

Please note that we will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization without your knowledge and consent, other than as described in this Privacy Policy or as necessary to fulfill your order

CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

We may offer contests, and other promotions through the Site that may require registration. If you choose to enter a contest or other promotion, your personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of such promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law, such as on a winners list.  Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you transactional communications, including emails about your Happy Thrive accounts or purchases

We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice by placing a notice on the Happy Thrive website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes
